Products & claims

Our products are comfort and lifestyle products for dogs. They support joint comfort and ease stiffness associated with normal aging. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. For health concerns, consult your veterinarian.

Orders & payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3-Year Won't-Flatten Guarantee

Applies to the foam core of the Whisker & Gold Orthopedic Bed for 3 years from purchase, for the original purchaser. Covers loss of shape/support under normal household use; excludes damage from chewing, misuse, or commercial use. Remedy is replacement of the bed.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, branding) is owned by Whisker & Gold and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which we operate. Last updated: July 2026.
