Returns & Refunds

30-day returns, no drama. If the bed isn't right for your dog, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items should be in clean, resalable condition (we get it — a little fur is fine; use the washable cover).
• Email us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Return shipping is $9.95, deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — then it's on us.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

3-Year Won't-Flatten Guarantee

Separate from returns: if the foam core of your Whisker & Gold Orthopedic Bed loses its shape within 3 years of purchase, we'll replace the bed free of charge. Email us a photo and your order number — that's the whole process.
