It is designed for low-volume personal listening through your pillow. At higher volumes, some sound may be audible nearby. Pillow type, placement, and room noise affect sound leakage.

Does it work for side sleepers?

Yes. Nothing sits inside or over your ear, helping avoid the pressure caused by earbuds or headphones.

What can I play?

Compatible Bluetooth audio from your phone, tablet, or computer, including music, podcasts, audiobooks, white noise, and sleep stories.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on volume, timer settings, connection, and use. Switch it off when not in use for the longest life.

Can it treat tinnitus or insomnia?
