60-Night Trial & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 60 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Contact us with your order number before returning anything. Include all accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect, or wear beyond reasonable trial use may reduce or prevent a refund.

Return shipping

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping where required. For preference-based returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Financial institutions may need additional time to post funds. Original expedited shipping is not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Bundles

Returning part of a discounted bundle may cause retained items to be repriced at the applicable non-bundle price. This policy does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.
